1. I would recommend this book to my grandfather because he was in world war 2. I think he would enjoy reading this book because of all the good and bad memories he had in the war. I think it will make him happy and sad.

2. The connections between my life and the book are ive been going threw a hard time, but ive had to learn how to deal and overcome with my problems. And in my book, my main character Vladek has so many problems and obstacles that he has to deal with, and gone threw so much pain and suffering, but yet he hasn’t given up on himself or his wife.
